End User License Agreement (EULA) 📄

1. License Grant

Sentinel-X Academy grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use EduTools for personal, educational, or institutional purposes in accordance with this agreement.

2. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• No unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of platform materials.
• Do not use the platform for illegal or commercial purposes without written consent.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the platform ethically and according to Sentinel-X policies.
• Report any suspected security vulnerabilities immediately to sentinelxedutools@gmail.com.

4. Termination

Sentinel-X reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this EULA, including unauthorized sharing, illegal activity, or breach of ethical guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, logos, and documentation in EduTools are the property of Sentinel-X Systems. Users may not claim ownership or use for purposes outside the scope of this agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sentinel-X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of EduTools. Liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the subscription or access fee paid.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By using Sentinel-X EduTools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA and all related Sentinel-X policies.
