Sentinel-X Academy EduTools — guiding principles for ethical conduct and fair use.

Purpose

This Ethics and Fair Use Policy defines the values, conduct, and usage expectations for all Sentinel-X Academy users — including learners, educators, and partner institutions. Our mission is to promote integrity, transparency, and fairness within all educational activities powered by Sentinel-X EduTools.

Ethical Conduct

• Respect all team members, partners, and clients when interacting online or in person.
• Do not misrepresent Sentinel-X products, credentials, or partnership statuses.
• Uphold intellectual honesty in all submitted assignments, assessments, or code contributions.
• Immediately report any technical or ethical violation to sentinelxedutools@gmail.com.

Fair Use of EduTools

• EduTools may only be used for academic, institutional, or authorized professional development purposes.
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, or redistribution of materials is strictly prohibited.
• Limited screenshots or excerpts may be used for teaching or review with proper attribution to Sentinel-X Academy.
• Commercial adaptation or reuse of content requires written consent from Sentinel-X Systems.

Data & Privacy Responsibility

Sentinel-X enforces strict data handling ethics — no student or institutional data may be extracted or shared outside official systems. All users are expected to comply with privacy standards aligned with Sentinel-X's data protection framework.

Violations

Any breach of these ethical or fair use terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access, pending investigation. Sentinel-X reserves the right to pursue legal or contractual remedies in cases of severe misuse.
